WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

Rent n Roll has a specifically designed rental insurance policy for our Caravan Partnership Program through AON Insurance.

The insurance policy covers your caravan for any damage or repairs required from the hire process, or while in the pocession of Rent n Roll, or when the caravan owner wants to take it away on holiday meaning no additional insurance policies are needed.

MAINTENANCE

We look after the maintenance items of your caravan between hires including WOF checks, and general repairs and maintenance. Any repairs or maintenance over $500 is approved by the caravan owner

insurance premiums

Caravan owners get access to our fleet policy discount and insurance premiums are paid by the Caravan owner direct to AON Insurance to give the caravan owner piece of mind.

Each customer is qualified with drivers license checks, towing experience questionaire, tow vehicle capacity check and general itinerary questions to ensure the customer is suitable for the caravan.

STORAGE

Caravans are stored at our secure yard to ensure easy access for late hire bookings.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

Rent n Roll only charges when your caravan goes out on hire, so that means no costs (other than insurance) unless it's making money. 

Our fees are made up of 2 components, Booking Fees and Management Fees. These fees cover our costs associated with managing your caravan and ensure we can provide the best possible service to our caravan owners and customers.
